RedAthlete.com is a High School and Junior College Recruiting resource. We have streamlined the traditional methods of getting a student athlete's name and talent in the hands of college coaches. We have developed a way that will allow a student athlete to send highlight clips, photos, statistics, academic records, and a bio, all with a click of a button.
We are a group of former college athletes that have taken advantage of modern day resources and put them to use in a way that will efficiently and professionally allow student athletes get their names and talents to a variety of college coaches all over the country. RedAthlete.com was started to fill the need of parents of student athletes by answering the question, "How can I affordably get college coaches and scouts to notice my son or daughter?"
Our job is to create an online presence for your student athlete, and then make sure prospective college coaches and scouts SEE them online! We will then do our best to promote, market and give our student-athletes the maximum exposure necessary to get an athletic scholarship.
Our database consists of every college coach (Division I - III) for virtually any sport. We will not only design a website that highlights the student athlete, but we will also promote the website and athlete to coaches in the sport and area determined relevant.
Meet the Team
Joe Soto, Founder & CEO
A former college football receiver, Joe Soto started RedAthlete.com to help high school athletes realize their dreams of playing a sport at the college level. A successful business owner of 12 years, Joe wanted to create a company that created opportunities and opened up doors for young people.
While most DI candidates will undoubtedly attract college scouts and coaches, thousands of qualified high school athletes are still overlooked and denied the opportunity to compete at the college level. Joe realized these student athletes were also overlooking opportunities to play for smaller colleges and universities (i.e. DII and DIII), and often lacked the self-confidence and self-expectation that these opportunities abundantly existed.

Jack Lucas
Director of Promotions
An all state player in both baseball and soccer, Jack went on to play his college baseball at Philadelphia University back east. A scholarship athlete for 4 years, Jack knows what it takes to get recruited. Jack comes to us with a distinguished sales and marketing career that included Vp Sales for a major golf ball manufacture & North American General Manager for an Indian Soccer Ball Company. Jack brings big box retailing experience as well as international & domestic sales and marketing.
Jack holds licenses from the NSCAA, USSF & UsYouth in soccer, currently a club coach for So Cal United & Calabasas Rovers in California. Jack is also the President of Thousand Oaks Girls Softball and sits on many local non-profit board of directors. Jack resides with his his wife and three kids reside in Thousand Oaks, California.
